When will my tickets arrive?
As soon as payment is completed you will receive an email confirmation with your tickets attached or a booking reference number for in library purchases
What should I do if I haven't received an email confirmation?
There are several possible options:
Check your spam or junk folder.
Wait for a bit: it can take up to 48 hours for an email confirmation to arrive.
If you know your reference number and are sure of the date and time of the tickets you booked, you don't need an email confirmation. Turn up to the selected venue on the selected date and come to the box office. We’ll sort it all out for you there.

Can I get a refund for my tickets?
Situations will be assessed on a case by case basis, so please contact us, providing us with your name, contact telephone number and booking reference number.
Can I book tickets at my nearest Library?
Absolutely, simply go to main reception and they can book your tickets for you.
Do I Need to print out my tickets?
It's up to you! We advise you to download your tickets onto your phone or device and we can scan the QR code on your tickets when you arrive. It helps saves the planet!
Where do I go when I arrive at the library?
Go to either main reception if we are clearly not visible or come straight to our pop up Box Office located by the performance area.
